Despite his many unsuccessful trials, many ridicules, harsh words, tough times, lonely days and nights he still kept his head up. He believed in the vision he had even when his friends and family thought he was losing his mind, he stood his ground. And now, his name is known far and beyond, he tops the list as the richest man in the whole world. We got to strive to be more resilient and fight for our dreams! To visualize the dream and then actualize.

Elon Musk is the epitome of “failure is not an option” He underscores human resilience at the face of adversity. His repeated fall from grace at his more-than-a-million attempts on his inventions is mind-boggling. His inventions, both the (now epic) Tesla and (outta-this-world) Spacex were total failures when he started on them. The failures were so intense that was at the very pit of throwing his hands in despair. He went bankrupt. Borrowed money from friends. Slept hungry many-a-times. Lost property. Lost friends. Almost lost his soul given the speed at which nothing was working for him. But look at him now! Just look at him! Your article captures his resilience. His inner sense of success even when the world looks at you as a failed project! His ambition. His tenacity. His dream to make it happen! What if he had faltered? What if he coiled into a corner and cried off into decay and mediocrity? Would we have seen the great inventions that nearly put him out of commission? The fabulous answer to that is “No!” Today Elon Musk is the wealthiest man on earth! Failure to him was not an option. Thank you Mukami for rousing us from our “mental limbo”
